Technical issues

Before starting classes please make sure both the sound (speakers and microphone) and the video (camera) are authorized, and have no functional difficulties. Additionally, ClassIn has a System Testing for Camera, Headphone and Microphone. If for any reason any of your devices does not work, or you choose to take classes without video feed please let us know, and we will tell your teacher ahead of time to avoid confusion. The settings can be checked from the device and using the App ClassIn. Once you have entered the classroom please allow enough time before class to do a technical test to make sure everything works perfectly. If any problems persist, contact us and we will assist you.
